Alan Smith
Alan has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry where he is known for sound fiscal and operational management and has demonstrated a strong ability to develop and lead high-performing teams. He is active and purposeful in supporting and advancing justice, equity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and community.
Alan is also passionate about community well-being and advocates on behalf of the most vulnerable residents of the community. He has worked with several community and government organizations to find and deliver solutions to meet their needs.
Prior to joining Catalight, Alan served as the CFO/COO for Saint Mary’s Health Network in Reno, NV. He received his Masters of Health Administration from Seton Hall University and his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Winthrop University.
