Li Ern Chen, MD, MSCS Chief Population Health Officer Li Ern Chen is Catalight’s Chief Population Health Officer. She has over 15 years of experience in hands-on clinical and healthcare executive leadership. Most recently, Li Ern was Chief Medical Officer for Hospital and Community Care at ChenMed in Miami, Florida. Li Ern is a driven healthcare disruptor with a passion for cutting edge, value-based care, patient-centered outcomes, and an unequivocal commitment to integrity and quality in healthcare delivery and care team collaboration. She is a staunch advocate for the consumer and brings the voice of the front line and customer to the C-suite and board room. Li Ern trained clinically at Washington University in St. Louis and the Medical College of Wisconsin and obtained her MS in Clinical Science at the University of Texas Southwestern.
