Liz Conway
Liz Conway brings 20 years of executive leadership in diverse sectors including healthcare access, financial services, integrity products, technology and consulting. At Catalight she is excited to return to work that directly touches clients’ lives, calling on her experience as an advocate at the New Orleans YWCA and as an attorney serving people affected by HIV and AIDS. Since those years she has built and led sales, service and operational teams serving public and private clients taking an entrepreneurial approach.
As the Chief Revenue Officer, Liz will deliver Catalight’s growth strategy and execution. She will champion delivering the revenue, programs and development to enable more equitable access and outcomes for every human. She brings a JEDI (justice, equity, diversity and inclusion) ethos to ideating and implementing well-being for the employees of Catalight, families, clients and communities. Liz uses pronouns she/her/hers.
