Credit checks will only be performed for certain job positions in the Finance Department in accordance with state and federal law. The information collected may include identifying information, certain criminal records, information relating to your employment and education background, and for credit checks: your credit score, credit accounts, and credit inquiries.Timecard & Payroll DataemployeesThis includes time worked and identifying information for purposes of determining compensation.Leave-Related DocumentationemployeesThis includes paperwork related to protected leaves of absence under the FMLA/CFRA, or use of sick leave, vacation time, or wellness days.Employee Benefit Plan InformationemployeesThis includes identifying information maintained for the administration of the Company’s health, dental, vision, retirement, life/AD∓D and disability plans.Employee ActivityemployeesThis includes your activity on all Company networks and communication systems and your activity on all Company-provided devices, including smartphones and laptops. Your “activity” includes your browsing and search histories, your communications with others, text logs, geolocation data associated with your use of a Company-provided device, and all information transmitted by, received from, or stored in a Company system or Company-provided device.
