Throughout her career, Bharathi has been a driving force in leadership positions at esteemed organizations like Five Below Inc., Gap Inc. and Computer Sciences Corporation. She has a proven track record of effectively managing substantial budgets and nurturing high-performing teams.

Bharathi’s academic background includes bachelor’s and master’s degrees in computer engineering and Distributed Processing and Robotics from the University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering in India.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Bharathi finds joy in exploring new destinations with family, experimenting with culinary creations and cherishing precious moments with her two children. Her dedication to charitable work extends to her role on the board of the Vagdevi Educational and Rural Welfare Trust, an NGO committed to improving the lives of economically disadvantaged families in India.
