Elaine Lam is a strategic, high-impact business leader with over 15 years of experience in retail/e-commerce and marketing. She is currently the Vice President of Marketing Insights at Sephora, based in San Francisco.

Elaine received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
