Jenni Ikoka, MS, MCBA, LBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Jenni joined Catalight in 2022 and brings over 13 years of experience in the behavioral health field, serving in various roles across direct service, supervision and clinical leadership. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2017. In her role at Catalight, Jenni assists with course and care model development, conducts research and provides clinical case consultation. Her extensive background in applied behavior analysis and clinical leadership informs her approach to creating effective, innovative solutions that improve outcomes for individuals and families. Jenni’s professional passion lies in building sustainable systems of care that empower both families and providers. She is particularly interested in integrating research findings into everyday practice, equipping clinicians with practical tools and designing training that strengthens the quality of care across the behavioral health continuum. Through her leadership, she helps bridge the gap between research, training and real-world application to improve outcomes for individuals with developmental and behavioral needs.
