Catalight does not market, advertise, or actively offer services outside of the United States. Any engagement with individuals residing outside the United States is initiated solely by the client.

Services provided to individuals located outside the United States are offered on a private-pay, self-funded basis only. Catalight does not participate in, bill, or seek reimbursement from foreign public health systems, national health services, or private insurance plans outside the United States.

Services are delivered by appropriately credentialed clinical practitioners in accordance with applicable professional standards. Availability of services may vary based on clinical appropriateness, practitioner licensure, and regulatory considerations applicable to the client’s location.

By choosing to engage with Catalight, international clients acknowledge and consent to:

• The collection, use, and processing of personal and health information in accordance with applicable U.S. and international privacy and data protection laws;
• The cross-border transfer and storage of information, including processing within the United States;
• The understanding that services are provided outside of the client’s local healthcare system and regulatory framework.

Catalight reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if regulatory, licensing, or compliance requirements cannot be met.
