Photo Gallery: Behind the Scenes of Elevate Your Impact 2026

When Elevate Your Impact went live on March 12 and 13, 770 attendees from around the world logged on to learn, connect and earn continuing education credits.

This year’s virtual conference, centered on the theme of “Evidence In Action,” delivered more than 25 hours of CE opportunities across two days, featuring leading voices in autism care and developmental disability services. Check out our behind-the-scenes photo gallery capturing Catalight, Easterseals Hawaii and Easterseals Northern California teams gathered at our Walnut Creek, Calif., office during the conference and the energy of our special employee kickoff event – where Catalight staff came together for a night of celebration and reflection on the impact of the work we do.

A standout moment from the kickoff was a presentation by Russell Lehmann, international disability advocate and last year’s Elevate Your Impact keynote speaker, on inclusivity, acceptance and his lived experience as a person with autism.

The evening also served as a launch party for the new Catalight Academy, our new global learning platform designed to bring dynamic, evidence-informed training to practitioners around the world. It was rounded out by a live performance from The New Hope Band – a San Jose rock group comprised of musicians with developmental disabilities.
