Danielle Yafuso Board of Directors Danielle Yafuso is Senior Vice President of the Bank Properties Division at First Hawaiian Bank, where she leads the stewardship and strategic management of the bank’s enterprise physical environment. She oversees physical asset condition, capital improvement planning, and the design and delivery of major projects, ensuring the organization’s built environment supports exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and long-term performance. Danielle’s career is grounded in thoughtful design, disciplined execution, and a deep commitment to community. She currently serves on the board of Catalight and as co-chair of the Palama Settlement Masterplan Committee, helping guide initiatives that strengthen services and expand opportunities for local families. Her past service includes leadership roles across nonprofit and community organizations, including serving as Board President of Easterseals Hawaii, as well as involvement in professional, youth, and education-based organizations. A passionate advocate shaped by personal experience, Danielle is especially committed to supporting individuals with developmental differences and their families. Her perspective is informed by her son, who is on the autism spectrum, and her family’s experience with early intervention services. This drives her dedication to advancing awareness, access, and meaningful support systems within the community.
