Brianna Fitchett, MPH, MA, BCBA

Vice President, Clinical Impact

Brianna Fitchett serves as Catalight’s Vice President of Clinical Impact, leading the organization’s efforts to translate groundbreaking research into real-world, industry-shaping educational programs. With over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families affected by autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities (ASD/IDD), she has dedicated her career to improving systems of care and advancing clinical excellence.

In her role, Brianna is a driving force behind innovation, learning, and growth. She oversees the Catalight Academy, Catalight’s comprehensive education hub, which delivers post-graduate and continuing education for clinicians, as well as accessible learning for families. Under her leadership, the Academy equips providers and caregivers with the knowledge, skills, and tools to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across the ASD/IDD landscape.

Brianna also leads all new program development, pilots, and launches for Catalight, its affiliate organizations (including Easterseals Hawaii and Easterseals Northern California), as well as external provider partners. Her work is strategically focused on the public health implications of emerging service lines, ensuring Catalight’s offerings are responsive to community needs and grounded in evidence-based practice.

A vital collaborator to the Catalight Research Institute, Brianna plays an essential role in developing integrated clinical standards and treatment models that guide care across the organization.

Her career began as a behavior interventionist and integration teacher, experiences that gave her a foundational understanding of the needs of children, adults, and families. She went on to hold multiple clinical and operational leadership roles, shaping programs and teams across the service continuum. Brianna holds two master’s degrees — a Master of Public Health (MPH) with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s in Special Education — and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
