Brianna Fitchett, MPH, MA, BCBA

Vice President of Clinical Impact

As Catalight’s Vice President of Clinical Impact, Brianna Fitchett oversees Catalight Classroom, the post-graduate and continuing education academy for Catalight. She also heads up new program development, pilots and launches for Catalight, its affiliate organizations Easterseals Hawaii and Easterseals Northern California, and outside providers. Focused on the public health implications of new service lines and ensuring Catalight is meeting the diverse needs of its communities, Brianna is also a vital part of the research institute’s goal to further the field for those with I/DD.

Brianna has more than 15 years of experience caring for clients and families with autism and developmental disabilities. Starting as a behavior interventionist and integration teacher, Brianna has held various leadership positions in the field. She currently manages behavioral health and clinical initiatives – helping to build a comprehensive set of clinical standards and industry-leading solutions in client care and treatment. Brianna holds a Masters of Public Health degree with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration, a Masters in Special Education and is a board certified behavior analyst.
