Benjamin Stefancic Treasurer Benjamin Stefancic has held numerous executive leadership positions in his career at Gap, Inc, a global apparel retailer and most recently at Lulus Fashion Lounge and Fuerst Group, Inc. Throughout his career, Ben has demonstrated significant abilities in strategic financial management and business operations. An exceptional coach with a strong orientation toward individual and team development, Ben transforms teams into productive, efficient and effective organizations capable of achieving ambitious objectives. Ben has a strong track record of developing strong partnerships with key stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes. His business experience throughout the United States, Asia, Europe and Canada provides him with a high level of cross-cultural familiarity. Most recently, Ben served as a Financial Consultant for Lulus Fashion Lounge Inc. He was brought in as the Interim CFO for several months, leading the Finance function and advising on the company’s need for replacement financing. He advised the Leadership on turnaround strategy, built a budget target P&L and onboarded a new VP of FP&A. Ben served as CFO for Fuerst Group Inc, a family-owned, values-driven, global business with iconic brands including Keen Footwear, Chrome Industries and ROFU Design. Ben oversaw financial leadership for all divisions and led the CFOs of each division in delivering financial strategy, business results and financial reporting. As CFO of Operations for Gap, Inc, Ben oversaw financial leadership of Global Supply Chain, Transportation, Distribution, Call Centers, Product Sourcing Teams, Real Estate Store Operations, Corporate Facilities and Corporate Support teams with a $2.5B+ direct spend, $6B+ product sourcing spend and led 180+ global team members spanning 8 countries. During his time at Gap Brand, Ben served as CFO for Gap Global Online and Gap North America Stores and also built and led Global FP&A and Company Planning & Control teams. In 2012, Ben was appointed CFO of Gap Japan K.K. and moved to Tokyo with his family. He provided leadership for Finance, Strategy, Real Estate and IT for Gap, Inc.’s Japan operations, including the Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy and Outlet divisions. A graduate of San Francisco State University, Ben earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Economics, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in both disciplines. Ben is a Merit Badge Counselor for Scouting USA and volunteers his time to teach Scouts practical life skills. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife, their son, daughter and a black Labrador retriever named Scotch.
