Courtney Schlueter Licensed Practical Nurse, Clinical Excellence Project Specialist Courtney is a Licensed Practical Nurse with over two decades of clinical excellence and is a dedicated member of the Developmental Disabilities Nurses Association. Throughout her career, she has been a transformative force for vulnerable populations, delivering specialized care to individuals with developmental disorders, empowering marginalized young adults through healthcare educational programs in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, and launching critical primary care practices during the COVID-19 pandemic. As an acute care hospital case manager, she championed mental health services and dismantled barriers to care by addressing social drivers of health and advancing access and equity. As the Clinical Excellence Project Specialist at Catalight, Courtney leverages her comprehensive understanding of care models to support families and caregivers. She has expanded into research and project management, contributing to initiatives that drive clinical innovation and improve care delivery for individuals with developmental disabilities.
