Gokhan Metan, M.Sc., Ph.D., NACD.DC Chief Technology & Risk Officer Dr. Gokhan Metan is Catalight’s Chief Technology & Risk Officer, bringing extensive experience in healthcare, technology and policy. His career spans leadership roles in diverse organizations, from Fortune 100 companies like Centene Corporation, SSM Health and Humana to agile startups, consistently focusing on creating reliable, high-impact technologies that improve healthcare access and outcomes. A visionary in leveraging artificial intelligence for healthcare, Gokhan co-founded WiseCare AI Inc. There, he developed a proprietary intelligence platform that expertly matched Medicare and Affordable Care Act (ACA) beneficiaries with optimal healthcare coverage. He continues to serve as Chairman of the Board at WiseCare AI Inc. Beyond his startup ventures, Gokhan is the Founder and Partner of Full Spectrum Insights, a consulting firm specializing in critical areas like data infrastructure, cloud computing, machine learning, AI and robust software delivery. His expertise also extends to national healthcare policy, where he serves as a Commissioner of the Medicare Payment Advisory Commission (MedPAC), advising Congress on Medicare’s traditional fee-for-service and Medicare Advantage programs. Gokhan holds dual Master of Science degrees in Management & Industrial Engineering. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Operations Research with a minor in Finance from Lehigh University.
