Natalie Margolis

Chief of Staff

Natalie Margolis is the Chief of Staff at Catalight, where she works directly with the President and CEO, the executive team and Board of Directors. In this high-impact position, Natalie will navigate digital transformations, provide thought leadership for core CEO-focused initiatives, manage geopolitical uncertainties, and drive organizational success. This position is essential for expanding the organization’s presence and fostering strategic growth.

Prior to her role as Chief of Staff, Natalie served as the Chief Operating Officer at Catalight. In this capacity, she led People & Performance, Enterprise Applications, Real Estate & Facilities, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Quality. She focused on operationalizing organization-wide strategy, translating it into everyday execution to deliver meaningful impact while maximizing efficiency and minimizing cost. Natalie was also responsible for delivering a people-first culture encompassing all areas of human resources, including performance management, training, professional development, and communications for Catalight and its affiliates.

Natalie joined Catalight (formerly Easterseals Bay Area) in 2013 and, throughout her tenure, led the organization’s transformation from a traditional human resources department to a performance-based culture. She took on and led numerous shared services over the last several years. Before joining Catalight, Natalie held various human resource management positions in Fortune 500 companies across service industries such as hospitality, sports, and entertainment. She holds a degree in Sociology from Simmons College with a minor in Business Management. Natalie is strongly committed to employee satisfaction, is passionate about supporting all levels of the organization, and is highly dedicated to the many Catalight causes.

With her extensive history of executive operations and commitment to employee and community wellbeing, Natalie is well-equipped to lead Catalight towards greater impact and create a more equitable world for people with developmental disabilities.
