Trent Iden

As the Chief Growth Officer for Catalight, Trent supports our revenue, impact growth and long-standing relationship with Kaiser Permanente. He is also integral in new network building, business development and fostering relationships with new funding partners. Trent has a long history with our organization, starting at Catalight as a consultant in 2012 and then formally joined the organization as Chief Clinical Transformation Officer in 2019. In 2023 Trent became Catalight’s Chief Solutions Officer. His knowledge of our business and the global healthcare industry helps deliver thoughtful, responsive, scaled solutions as we grow.

Trent first joined Catalight from ECG Management Consultants where he focused on healthcare integration, utilization management, payer strategy and clinical process redesign. During his tenure at ECG, Trent led several high-profile initiatives for Catalight’s family of companies. Prior to ECG, Trent held roles at Ameriprise Financial and Epic. Trent holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and a BS in Economics and Statistics from Buena Vista University.
