Tara Kousha Chief Wellbeing & Experience Officer As the Chief Wellbeing & Experience Officer, Tara is committed to creating equitable systems, structures and inclusive spaces for Catalight employees and the communities we serve while leading people, wellbeing, public policy + advocacy, talent experience, total rewards, and learning and development functions. Her role ensures exceptional end-to-end employee and client experiences. Tara began her career at Google, where she focused on supporting education and equity programs for ministries of education, school systems, and top research institutions worldwide. In her last role, she supported leaders at Google who were committed to building an equitable and inclusive workplace. Tara’s equity and inclusion framework is currently utilized at hundreds of organizations dedicated to creating psychologically safe spaces for their teams and customers. She has also led a 500+ human effort to provide accessible coaching to underestimated and historically excluded folks through soft skills training and mentorship. Tara identifies as a cisgender woman of color and uses the pronouns she/her/hers.
