Ku’ulani Keohokalole Board of Directors Kuʻulani Keohokalole (she/her/ʻo ia) is the founder and principal consultant of People Strategies Hawaiʻi, an organizational development consulting firm with the vision of growing organizational capacity to foster community-minded and people-oriented leaders. She is a sought-after speaker on topics of diversity, equity and inclusion, Hawaiian values, organizational culture and leadership, speaking for Amazon, Microsoft, Hawaiʻi Business Magazine, Civil Beat, the YWCA, and others. Kuʻulani received the distinctions of Pacific Business News’s “40 Under 40” in 2020 and Hawaiʻi Business Magazine’s “20 People to Watch for the Next 20 Years” in 2023. Ku’ulani holds a B.A. in Ethnic Studies and Women’s Studies from the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa, an M.A. in Education Leadership, Politics and Advocacy from NYU, and an Executive Certificate in Organizational Consulting & Change Leadership from Georgetown University.
