Treatment Options Informed by the latest research in the field, we offer flexible and individualized treatment options for families and individuals living with developmental disabilities. By focusing on person-centered care, we are able to help drive better outcomes. Our treatment options fall into multiple categories, including interventions based in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), caregiver-led*, developmental relationship-based and coaching, or direct with client interventions. Focused on dangerous and severe behavior, Calibrate ABA is a caregiver-led approach to care with a focus on behavior reduction. Intervention typeCaregiver-Led | ABA-Based Parents and caregivers lead their child’s care, using daily ABA strategies to build skills and reduce challenging behaviors — minimizing the need for paraprofessionals. Intervention typeCaregiver-Led | ABA-Based A caregiver-led naturalistic developmental and language-based intervention for children 6 and under. Chat suits families who prefer a developmental approach to treatment. Intervention typeCaregiver-Led | Developmental, Relationship-Based An ABA-based coaching program where teens and young adults work directly with a licensed/certified behavioral health expert focusing on areas important to the client that promote self-determination and wellbeing. Intervention typeCoaching / Direct with Client | ABA-Based | Motivational Interviewing A career advancement tool designed for neurodiverse candidates who are seeking lifelong employment. The tool provides a complete range of career services to support participants throughout their career journey. Intervention typeCoaching / Direct with Client A caregiver-led program designed to improve the wellbeing of people with profound intellectual multiple disabilities (PIMD) and their families. Connect focuses on communication, daily living skills and challenging behavior. Intervention typeCaregiver-Led | Developmental, Relationship-Based Paraprofessionals implement ABA treatment plans during scheduled sessions. Parents and caregivers participate during the session and meet with the licensed/certified clinician for training. Intervention typeABA-Based A manualized caregiver-led program that guides therapists in the teaching of tailored ABA-based behavioral strategies to families of autistic or I/DD children with co-occurring challenging behaviors. Clinician Tools With the commitment to advancing behavioral healthcare, the Catalight Research Institute invests in developing tools to educate clinicians and empower families. Catalight is now making these impactful tools available for your use. A self-assessment used to understand a parent’s perception of their child’s treatment plan and measure their comfort level by implementing learned interventions. A self-assessment measuring parental stress level as an outcome measure impacting the quality of life for the family, parent and individual with an I/DD. Our practice guidelines outline our treatment hours recommendation and outcome measures for behavioral interventions for autism and related developmental disabilities. Wellbeing is the measure of a person’s overall happiness, satisfaction and positive outlook. The 15-question wellbeing scales were developed for people with I/DDs and their families to measure progress and outcomes.
