RUBI

A caregiver-mediated behavioral program designed to address the challenging behaviors of autistic children between the ages of 3–14

Helping Navigate Challenging Behaviors

RUBI (Research Unit on Behavioral Intervention) Parent Training equips parents or caregivers with the knowledge and tools to create a nurturing and structured environment that fosters positive behavior and development in children with neurodevelopmental disorders.

This program is a valuable resource for families seeking to improve the quality of life for their children and themselves, while promoting their children’s independence and overall wellbeing.

During each appointment, caregivers work 1:1 with a clinician to learn helpful ways to better scaffold and respond to their child’s needs, as well as how to navigate their child’s challenging behaviors successfully. Treatment usually includes 12 to 15 weekly appointments.
