Ryan Martin, Ph.D., BCBA Director of Research Dr. Ryan Martin serves as the Director of Research at Catalight, where he guides research strategy and oversees the design, implementation, and dissemination of applied research initiatives related to autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ryan’s work focuses on behavioral interventions across home, school, and community settings, with a particular emphasis on parent-mediated interventions and implementation science. This exploration aims to design or modify behavioral interventions to enhance their feasibility, sustainability, and positive impact. Ryan also champions projects that build a stronger evidence base for Catalight’s flagship programs, including Everyday ABA and Compass-Behavioral, as well as our broader wellbeing initiatives. Additionally, Ryan is an ad-hoc reviewer for numerous peer-reviewed journals on topics related to autism and special education and serves on the editorial board of the journal Behavior Analysis in Practice.
